03 — ABOUT NUMERIK
NUMERIK LLC is led by Erik Summers, an award-winning designer, developer, and business strategist with nearly three decades of experience turning everyday frustrations, business problems, and new ideas into useful digital products.
Erik’s earliest digital passion took shape through LiquidGUI—also known as LiquidGooey Graphic—an ongoing exploration of fluid web interfaces, visual depth, and experiences that move beyond the limitations of static websites. That instinct still sits at the heart of NUMERIK: look closely at how people interact with a task, identify what gets in the way, and use technology to make the experience simpler, clearer, and more useful.
His work has crossed industries—from entertainment and casting to Event DJs, field sales, workforce development, and business intelligence. His achievements include a W3 Award for FaceFinder.com and an International Innovation Award earned while serving as the sole interface designer alongside a development team at Quest Diagnostics. Today, he brings the same combination of business insight, interface design, and technical execution to each new challenge: understand the frustration, find the opportunity, and build something better.
